We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
  • When you cancel, you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period.

  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month only.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
  • Within the first 14 days: Full refund available.
  • After 14 days: Pro-rata refund for unused months may be provided at our discretion.
  • No refunds for partially used months.

3. Usage-Based Services

For services billed based on usage (compute hours, API calls, storage, etc.):

  • Usage charges are non-refundable as resources have been consumed.
  • Billing errors will be corrected and credited to your account.
  • Unused prepaid credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations

8. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of cash refunds. Service credits:
